Dear Friends,
I’d like to take a moment to share some spectacular news with you! We ended our 2019-2020 Season at the end of June, and we recorded our BEST year in terms of serving the number of our senior clients in the County. That’s not just over the past five years, but the best the Agency has ever recorded! We not only have many more clients that need our service, but we also want their experience with us to be memorable.
By itself, this is a remarkable accomplishment. Also considering that COVID jumped in our path, the result becomes even more meaningful. During these five years, we have worked systematically to assure that all our stakeholders, clients, their family, the facilities and our entire Team have each received the highest quality of services possible. We have strived to deliver the type of service that each of us would be pleased with, if CoA was serving our own Mom or Dad.
Everyone here, from our front-line drivers and caregivers to our managers and support staff, all jumped in to assure that our clients were safe when they were in our care. At the same time, we assured our clients’ family and the county’s facilities that, like always, clients have always been our priority. We made sure this is still a consistent message today.
I would like to thank everyone that has given their time, talents, and financial resources to help us reach this peak. We still have much to achieve and know that we can reach our summit with your support.
